As per the previous leaks and announcements, LG finally launched – LG G7 ThinQ and LG G7+ ThinQ in an event held in New York. Here it comes with a iPhone like notch at top, which is usual for most of the flagship phones these days. Here the highlight of these phones are Wireless Charging, Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0, IP68 certification, face recognition, AI camera features and Boombox speaker etc. Price of these phones is not yet unveiled but we will get the pricing soon locally for every market place. Only difference between these 2 phones is RAM size and storage. Here you will get 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM with G7 ThinQ and 6 GB RAM with G7+ ThinQ.
Both of these phones are powered by latest and best processor by Qualcomm till date i.e. Snapdragon 845. Phone is running on android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box. Both of these phone sports 6.1 inch full vision Super Bright display with a notch at top. This display comes with 19.5:9 ratio and 1440×3120 pixels resolution. It features dual camera setup at back panel, one of the camera is 16 MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture and super wide angle, while another one is 16 MP sensor with f/1.6 aperture. On front side it comes with 8 MP sensor with f/1.9 aperture. Here G7 ThinQ comes with 64 GB storage while G7+ ThinQ comes with 128 GB storage. You can expand storage up to 2 TB via micro SD card.
Talking about connectivity, smartphone includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, USB Type-C 2.0 (3.1 compatible), NFC, FM Radio, and GPS. These phones will become available in South Korea initially. Soon these phones will becomes available in Asia, North America, Europe, and Latin America. Colour options available for these phones are Platinum Grey, Aurora Black, Moroccan Blue, and Raspberry Rose.
