Oppo A83 Launching in India with 18:9 Ratio Display

Oppo has confirmed the launch of A83 via twitter. Phone is launching in India on 20th January. As per few leaks phone will become available for a price of INR  13990/-. Regarding price we will update you once Oppo will announce it officially on Saturday. This mobile was initially unveiled in China in December. We might get few changes in Indian variant of this phone.

As a highlight it features 5.7 inch full-HD+ LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Resolution of this display is 720×1440 pixels. Oppo A83 comes 13 MP rear camera with PDAF and LED  flash. Few camera features of Oppo A83 are Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. For selfie lovers it comes with 8 MP front facing camera.
Oppo A83 is powered by Mediatek MT6763T Helio P23 octa-core processor, where all 8 cores are clocked at 2.5 GHz. In India phone will come with 3 GB RAM and 32  GB internal storage. It supports micro SD card so that you can expand storage up to 256 GB. Phone is running on Android 7.1 operating system along with Color OS  3.2 user interface out of the box.
Oppo A83 is backed by 3180 mAh battery. It doesn’t have fingerprint scanner, but it comes with facial recognition feature to lock and unlock the phone. Oppo claims that phone will get unlocked in 0.18 seconds by using 128 unique feature points on the user’s face. 4G VoLTE, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a Micro-USB port and Bluetooth 4.2 are connectivity options available in Oppo A83.
