Asus finally launched Zenfone 3 Max in India. This phone comes in 2 variants, one is the 5.5-inch variant and another is the 5.2-inch variant. Design and look of both variants are almost similar but differs in features like processor and camera.
A 5.5-inch variant is powered by 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, while 5.2-inch variant is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core processor. The processor is supported by 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage in both variants. Second SIM slot is hybrid, hence, it also supports micro SD card up to 128 GB. Phone is running on Android 6.0 marshmallow operating system along with ZenUI 3.0 on top of it.
5.5-inch variant comes with 16 MP rear camera along with dual LED flash, while 5.2-inch variant comes with 13 MP rear camera with single LED flash. Both phones come with laser autofocus, PDAF, and continuous autofocus. 5.5-inch variant comes with 8 MP sensor while 5.2-inch variant comes with 5 MP sensor for front facing camera to click a perfect selfie. Both variant features fingerprint scanner at back panel to unlock your phone with an ease. Phones are available in 3 color variants Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver and Sand Gold.
Both features full HD multi-touch display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. There is also a 2.5D curved glass on display of Zenfone 3 Max. Zenfone 3 max is a dual-SIM smartphone supports Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G along with 4G LTE.
Both variants of Zenfone 3 Max are backed by 4100 mAh battery to give you a long lasting backup. Phone also features Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope. As it come with gyroscope, you can use VR headset to enjoy virtual reality on this phone.
